The Urban Balance (UB) staff consists of licensed therapists who specialize in a complementary range of issues related to mental health – including substance abuse, relationship concerns and career development. The therapists of Urban Balance are well credentialed, experienced, relatable, and truly invested in productive work with our clients. UB therapists use treatment approaches and techniques that are most effective for each individual client's needs.

It is healthy, positive and proactive to seek professional assistance in dealing with the challenges of life and work: this is the foundation of the Urban Balance mission. UB accepts most insurance plans and we provide billing services. We believe that therapy should be an accessible and affordable part of health insurance coverage.
