Trisha works with people struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. Prior to earning her Masters in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, Trisha was a special education teacher and now one of her therapist specialities is working with people coping with disabilities. Additionally, she has expertise counseling parents of children with special needs. She views therapy as an opportunity to explore and understand obstacles to personal growth, as well as offers a new way to solve problems. Trisha uses an empathic, nurturing approach and believes that change is always possible.
