UB has opened a new Chicago counseling office space, expanded our Evanston office and Lake Geneva office, and launched a new website. These are the first steps to providing our clients and therapists with more availability and time-saving administrative services. We are working hard to keep counseling flexible and affordable for our Chicago therapy clients.
Chicago, IL – To that end, we are proud to announce new office availability at our Chicago location right on Michigan Ave and Lake Street (at 180 North Michigan in Suite 531.)
Evanston, IL- Urban Balance's North Shore office has expanded to a larger suite. We have hired more therapists for this office and now have increased availability during popular evening and Saturday time slots.
Lake Geneva, WI - We recently welcomed an additional therapist to our Lake Geneva office, and now offer additional hours as well as adolescent counseling services.
Additionally, we are providing new administrative tools via our upgraded website for our counselors. Our goal is to keep counseling affordable. With our billing and insurance services now empowered with upgraded administrative tools, we are demonstrating our commitment to keeping quality therapy accessible and affordable.
