Six-Word Secrets to Happiness
© 2011 Everyday Health

Gretchen Rubin is the writer of the book and blog The Happiness Project. Smith Magazine is the brains behind The Six-Word Memoir. Now, the two have teamed up together to collect some secrets to happiness — in just six words. Rubin asks us, “How would you sum up what you’ve learned about happiness in six words (or less)? It’s a fascinating, thought-proving exercise.”

Here’s a sneak peek of some of the submissions so far: “The cool side of the pillow.” “Tea, chocolate, and a good book.” And “be completely, absolutely, positively, totally unsure.” - from the Huffington Post

Do you have a six-word secret to happiness? What has helped you shine through depression? You can submit your own secrets on Smith Magazine’s site.
