UB to Sponsor Stomp out Stigma: Run for Mental Health Team in Chicago Marathon

UB is proud to announce its sponsorship of the Stomp out Stigma Run for Mental Health Team organized by the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance - Greater Chicago (DBSA-GC). This team will train together and participate in the Chicago Marathon on October 11th. DBSA-GC is a self-help organization founded with the interest of supporting those with mood disorders and families. UB’s goal of normalizing counseling as healthy & proactive is aligned with DBSA’s cause of erasing mental illness stigma. If you are interested in joining the Stomp out Stigma Run for Mental Health Team or would like more information, please visit the following website. http://www.dbsa-gc.org/aboutsos.html#anchor_71

UB supports Chicago events that promote mental health causes and has over 40 therapists with different areas of expertise providing counseling and therapy for individuals, couples and families in our new downtown Evanston counseling office.  UB makes therapy affordable and accessible by accepting most insurance as well as providing sliding fee services.
