UB's Joyce Marter Selected for Leadership Development Academy of ICA
As a result of her work as the Chair of the Membership Committee of the Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association (IMHCA), Joyce Marter was selected to participate in the Leadership Development Academy of the Illinois Counseling Association's 63rd Annual Conference.  The conference runs November 9-12th in Skokie, Illinois and and provides continuing education, training and networking for professional counselors.  The Leadership Development Academy helps participants identify leadership strengths, develop a strategic plan for development within their professional organizations, and access new resources and information.  Joyce is honored to have been selected for this opportunity and sent by IMHCA.  Urban Balance is actively involved in the professional community of counseling.
