Urban Balance Welcomes New Therapist to Evanston Office
Urban Balance is proud to welcome Alicia Hoffman, LPC to its clinical team.  Alicia is a warm, experienced therapist who will be working with clients out of UB's Evanston office.  




Alicia Hoffman is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. She earned a Masters in Art Therapy from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Alicia has experience working with clients and their families through the challenges of terminal illness and end of life issues in addition to mood and anxiety disorders. She also has a breadth of experience working with cultural, spiritual, socioeconomic, and age diversity. Her practice is holistic, deeply reflective, and insight based combined with cognitive behavioral therapy, which serves to help clients reach new awareness and foster inner fortitude and discipline to reach their goals. As a therapist, Alicia’s intention is to provide a nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship, empathically support clients through life challenges, and help them learn to actuate an authentic life. Alicia is also a licensed spiritual health coach, has experience facilitating group therapy, creating and facilitating psycho-educational work shops, and has experience in the corporate work place.
