Please call the customer service number on the back of your card and inquire about your outpatient mental health coverage. Typically, UB is not in-network, however, if your mental health benefits are managed by a behavioral health company such as UBH or Magellan, you may be able to access your in-network benefits at Urban Balance. Additionally, you may be able to request a referral from your Primary Care Physician to see a therapist in our office at the in-network rate.
